Bring Light Into the Darkness

Donations help prisoners go through Their Journey, a program that introduces them to the light and hope of Christ – changing them, and prisons, from the inside out.
Our mission is the transformation and to help you discover your destiny and salvation through Jesus.
Incarceration of the body does not have to be incarceration of the soul. The Prison Ministry Team and Evangelism team seeks to bring the saving power of Christ to those who may not otherwise ever hear of His love for them.
People need to feel loved. A hurting child needs to feel his father’s arms around him. When the father is away, he may leave written words of love, as God has in his Word. But he may also call on the child’s older brothers and sisters to express his love to his child.
We Focus on street Evangelism, particulary supernatural Evangelism, IE Spiriit lead through prayer, understanding God is preparing Devine encounters, and seeking God’s spiritual gifts he knows we need, particulary wisdom, and the fruits of the Spirit to enable us to succesfully complete his will in their purpose in life.

To ignore someone’s pain is to add to that pain. Instead of fearing we’ll say the wrong thing, we should reach out to hurting people. Many times it’s better just to put our arms around someone and cry with them; people almost always appreciate it when you acknowledge their pain. Yet so long as your heart is right, saying something is nearly always better than saying nothing.
- Gospel & Discipleship Tools: Simple, illustrated books explaining salvation, Bible study workbooks (e.g., Fundamentals of the Faith), and access to Scripture.
- Gospel Literature: Simple, illustrated booklets (e.g., How to Be a Child of God), Bible study guides, devotionals.
- The New Testament draws this thread forward powerfully. Jesus loved the outcasts. He moved toward those sidelined by law and stigma. He touched lepers, crossed ethnic lines and spoke to women with respect. He ate with tax collectors, welcomed sinners and announced good news to the poor. Jesus gave dignity and belonging by grace and truth. The early church followed His pattern—welcoming Gentiles (those not of Jewish descent), remembering the poor, sharing meals and carrying burdens. If you’re exploring Jesus and the outcasts, we are called to be the Salt and Light of the Earth, Ambassadors of Christ, though the Spirit is working through us to reconcile people back to the Kingdom.
We are always grateful for your prayers for this ministry, the provisions and open doors for the struggling Souls we are reaching out to, and the offerings you feel lead to plant into this Mission Field.
Sincerely, Jack Butler, Jail house minister, and Evagelist of the most high for his glory.
